XGT-compatible replacement packs for the 40V MAX high-voltage platform. Interface and thermal design validated before volume production.
- XGT uses a 36V nominal architecture and its own interface; packs are not cross-compatible with 18V LXT tools.
- Every capacity above 2.5Ah exceeds 100Wh, so air freight falls under fully regulated UN3480 rather than the relaxed small-cell provisions.
- Cell selection and BMS thresholds sized for the higher bus voltage and the larger tools on this platform.
- UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared per SKU, since the freight class differs across the range.
